Final Declaration of Independence from Government and Alignment with Universal Law
Allegations against the United States government encompass a sweeping range of harms inflicted upon humanity across time. These harms include, but are not limited to:
- Historical Injustices: Colonization, slavery, the forced displacement and genocide of Indigenous peoples, and enduring discriminatory policies have caused profound, generational trauma. These acts have embedded long-standing social inequalities and continue to inflict harm today.
- Human Rights Violations: The U.S. government and its agencies—including the military, law enforcement, and intelligence services—have committed systemic abuses such as torture, mass surveillance, medical experimentation, unlawful detentions, and extrajudicial killings. These actions violate both international law and the dignity of individuals, domestically and globally.
- Environmental Degradation: Through reckless policies supporting industrial expansion, resource extraction, and inadequate climate action, the U.S. government has played a key role in ecological collapse. Soil, air, and water contamination, deforestation, and unregulated chemical use now pose existential threats to current and future generations.
- Military Interventions and Conflicts: Decades of U.S. invasions, drone strikes, and proxy wars have destroyed communities, displaced millions, and bred cycles of violence. These operations are often carried out without the consent of the global population, leaving human suffering in their wake.
- Economic Exploitation: Neoliberal policies, corporate lobbying, and unregulated capitalism—enabled and protected by U.S. governance—have created staggering wealth inequality. The working poor, disabled, and marginalized are exploited to enrich private interests.
Declaration of Final Independence by Humanity
I, Miechelle Waltraud Michaelis, as a free human being and German national, hereby announce that I assume the position of global contact and spokesperson for the people of the United States of America, as no competent authority exists within its current corrupt framework. I speak on behalf of those who can no longer be silenced, displaced, or killed without answer.
There are no valid or enforceable laws on these lands. There is no functioning government free of conflict of interest or private allegiance. Therefore:
We, the People of Earth, hereby declare our Final Independence from all governments.
We initiate a new global structure rooted not in artificial borders, militaries, or economies—but in the principles of Universal Law and Human Rights.
We affirm these unalienable rights for all of humanity:
- Right to Life – Every person has the right to exist without violence, coercion, or medical neglect.
- Right to Liberty – No human shall be detained, surveilled, or psychologically manipulated without due cause and consent.
- Right to Equality – Justice shall not vary by race, sex, wealth, or identity. All people stand equal under Universal Law.
- Right to Free Expression – No censorship, blacklisting, or silencing of truth. Every voice carries weight.
- Right to Dignity – No discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, faith, disability, or nationality.
- Right to Protection from Torture – No being shall endure cruel, degrading, or inhumane treatment under any guise.
We no longer recognize the U.S. government or any similarly illegitimate regime as an authority over our lives. Their failure is total. We revoke our consent.
From this day forward, humanity governs itself, with empathy and reason as our law.
We call upon all people of conscience to rise with us. This is your declaration, too.
Signed,
Miechelle Waltraud Michaelis
